Description

The Austrian Pine is native to Europe, and was first brought to North America in the late 1700s.  It is hardy in southern Ontario and the north central United States.  Austrian Pine is often planted in cities and along highways because of its attractive form, dark green foliage, and tolerance to salt, air pollution, and dry soils.
